Yesterday was a great day at Ennis High School. Kayla (instructor) asked our association to come out and teach her and the students how to install thin brick. Come to find out, this was a practice run for a CIEF hosted competition next week in Lancaster. The students built a 6′ x 10′ shed with electrical and HVAC in it. They also wanted to add another cladding (in addition to siding) to give them an opportunity for a higher score in competition.

BIG thank you to MTCS for donating the thin brick, Adams Supply for donating the lath, Quikrete basecoat, mortar, grout, and misc. accessories, and to Ronparco for sending 2 men out all day long!! Demand was generous enough to send us 4 tool sets for the CTE programs.
